Talent Partnerships Coordinator (Freelance)

The Role:
The Talent Partnerships Coordinator resides in the Talent Department and works as a liaison between the Sales and Brand Partnerships, the Internal Talent Partnership Group and External Talent.
*This is a freelance position with consistent weekly hours.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist with talent needs for pre-sale pitches, project execution/production and wrap-up of brand campaigns
  • Draft and send talent offers, working with sales and marketing solutions teams to gather and incorporate all necessary information
  • Provide sales team with suggested talent lists and one-sheets based on RFP creative
  • Participate in creative brainstorms from a talent perspective as needed
  • Assist with execution of influencer brand campaigns as needed
  • Track influencer deliverables, request analytics and process payments
  • Maintain upkeep of talent databases
  • Talent organization at events, shoots, productions, as needed
 

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the entertainment industry or digital media with a focus on talent and/or influencer marketing (talent agency/management experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, strongly preferred
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of the digital talent landscape
  • Proactive with next steps and thorough follow-up skills
  • Strong oral and written communications
  • Self-starter adept at problem solving with a strong attention to detail
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
