Audience Development Intern
Awesomeness is seeking a Audience Development Intern in Santa Monica, CA. The Intern will gain exposure to the programming team by working directly with producers and social media and channel managers. They will get access to the strategic planning and implementation of the Awesomeness programming calendar and be exposed to integrated sales campaigns, digital series show launches, and film promotional campaigns . The intern will assist with internal reporting to executives, sales, and creative teams. They will aid the audience development lead and channel managers with metadata tagging, real-time post analysis, and providing notes to social media and production teams on content creative using data driven insights.
Primary Learning Objectives:
The overall objective is to ensure that the Intern learns all angles of digital marketing and feels confident using data driven insights to help guide marketing and creative strategy.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university and able to receive credit for the internship. Students at the Junior or Senior level strongly preferred. Must be confident and proactive and possess exceptional communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with employees at all levels. Must have solid organizational skills. Strong computer skills are essential, including experience with Excel, Word, and Gmail. YouTube and Facebook knowledge preferred.
