Media Coordinator, Revenue Operations

The Revenue Operations team at Awesomeness is seeking an organized and enthusiastic Media Coordinator to join their growing team in Santa Monica, CA. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital advertising and enjoy working in a fast-growing digital entertainment environment. The role will report into the Head of Revenue Operations.
 

Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage inventory availability and provide monthly updates to sales team
  • Point of contact for clients to obtain assets and traffic media placements
  • Track campaign reporting on a weekly basis
  • Track and maintain schedule for all elements of branded partnership campaigns
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure complete and accurate delivery on all components
  • Create and provide necessary campaign reporting
  • Provide screenshots for media campaigns
  • Coordinate with finance on billing in a timely manner
  • Provide data based analysis to assess campaign effectiveness and value to the business
  • Stay informed on YouTube media related policies and changes
  • Create media targeting inventory lists
  • Implement and track all Moat and Nielsen guarantees
  • Compile media benchmarks

Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-3 years experience in digital advertising
  • Organization skills & attention to detail
  • Analytical with great communication skills & initiative
  • Adaptive & a quick learner of new technology
  • DFP or ad serving experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
