Administrative Assistant to the Head of Awesomeness Films

The Administrative Assistant to the Head of Awesomeness Films will provide administrative support to the head of Awesomeness's growing film team. This role includes phone coverage, calendar management, meeting set up and support, travel coordination, and other duties as assigned. This role will often be interacting with producers, writers, directors and other executives. This role will be a representative on behalf of the department, so a strong level of professionalism is a must.
 


Responsibilities:
  • Manage the calendar, phones, travel, and internal/external relations for the Head of Awesomeness Films and, occasionally, other members of the Awesomeness Films team
  • Provide supplemental support in scheduling departmental meetings or obligations internally and externally
  • Coordinate with many different internal teams in regards to Awesomeness Films' projects and productions
  • Collaborate with other department assistants to coordinate meetings and projects in an efficient and timely manner  



Requirements:
  • Background working as an assistant at an agency or management company is strongly preferred
  • 1+ years of desk experience is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Desire to be a team player and work with many different departments of a growing media company
  • Interest in film production and film development is a big plus
