AwesomenessTV is seeking a dynamic, energetic and creative self-starter to join the Brand Partnerships team in our Santa Monica office.
As Marketing Solutions Coordinator, you will support the Marketing Solutions team in creating, packaging, and executing fully integrated marketing programs that help our clients meet their marketing objectives. You will be a part of a dynamic and high-performance team that is dedicated to building world-class advertising solutions that solve our brand partners’ business problems while driving revenue for AwesomenessTV. The ideal candidate for this role is a creative and strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Aid in the development of custom partnership opportunities (RFPs, proactive pitches, follow-up meetings) and sales collateral
  • Work hand-in-hand with sales executives and account management to determine strategy, approach and deliverables to meet client objectives
  • Keep team resources organized and up-to-date
  • Coordinate and participate in creative brainstorms and ideation process
  • In partnership with the Marketing Solutions Senior Manager, the Coordinator will:
    • Build the Internal Project Brief and Marketing Solutions strategy
    • Spearhead internal approvals during partnership creation
    • Partner with ATV Talent team to create relevant talent lists for campaign proposals
    • Work with Social team to develop social media strategy
    • Liaise with Creative and Production teams to develop content that aligns with client objectives and overarching partnership strategy
    • Manage projects across multiple media platforms and partners
    • Work with clients to execute sold projects
  • Assemble case studies and wrap reports for completed projects
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive positioning, emerging platforms and new technologies; identifying ways to add to our overall capabilities
  • 2+ years of experience in ad sales marketing and/or integrated marketing at a digital publisher or media agency
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Experience working with or for CPG, retail or auto brands is a plus
