Responsibilities:
  • Establish AwesomenessTV as a cutting-edge leader in the field of entertainment market research, data sciences, social listening and digital analytics to improve strategic decision-making and creative content development
  • Own the Gen Z audience:  projects include consumer segmentation studies, audience journeys, creative and audience research/ testing, social listening analysis and corporate strategy
  • Design, implement, and manage all phases of research projects, including communication of findings & strategic recommendations to stakeholders
  • Manage internal and external resources effectively, including partnering with external vendors and/or internal operations teams to ensure project deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Develop cross-department relationships with Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Distribution, Technology, and Production teams to understand needs and translate numbers into actionable recommendations
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelors degree & 7-10 years experience in research
  • A strategic mindset, proven project management capabilities, demonstrated initiative, and the ability to anticipate needs
  • Thrives in fast-paced startup environment
  • Articulate, detailed, decisive, strong, a reliable team player
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills - including the ability to craft & deliver compelling presentations to tell a story
  • Stay curious & inform others about current trends in entertainment, technology, lifestyle and youth culture
