AwesomenessTV is looking for a Coordinator to support the CTO and Tech organization. As a junior member of the team, you will do more than answer phones and schedule meetings (though you'll do that too). The Coordinator will provide first-level customer support for our products and see first-hand how technology powers a modern media company.
Candidates must be able to multi-task, stay highly organized, solve problems, make decisions, communicate clearly, and balance priorities. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years professional work experience and demonstrated enthusiasm for media + tech.
●Learn our proprietary software products inside and out and provide customer support via phone and chat
○Answer questions about functionality●Work with Tech team leadership to coordinate projects and tasks
○File bug reports and feature requests
○Escalate critical issues to Product and Engineering management
●Coordinate team meetings, events, and logistics
●Take meeting notes and follow up on action items
●Be proactive in finding ways to help out
●Provide administrative support to the CTO
○Answer phones, schedule meetings, coordinate travel●Provide contingent support across Tech teams during peak times
○Manage billing and expenses
○Run errands and provide personal assistance on occasion
●Extreme attention to detail
●Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
●Experience with productivity tools (Google Apps, MS Office, Dropbox, Slack)
●Ability to prioritize and manage competing requests
●Demonstrated interest in tech and/or media
Ideal candidates will have:
●2-3 years professional work experience
●Savvy with social media and video platforms
●Hands-on experience with some, or all, of the following:
○Help Desk (Zendesk, HelpCrunch, Intercom)●Previous experience in media/entertainment
○Product management tools (Pivotal Tracker, JIRA, Confluence)
○Design tools (Photoshop, Sketch, Balsamiq)
