AwesomenessTV is seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations to join our partnership development/advertising sales team in Los Angeles, CA. The brand partnerships team concepts, creates and fully executes integrated sales and marketing solutions across the ATV portfolio which includes AwesomenessTV, DreamWorks Kids and the millennial mom-focused network, Awestruck.  This role will play an integral part in the entire campaign sales process from plan development through wrap reporting. The ideal candidate is hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pull all inventory reports and manage inventory availability
  • Be the point of contact for clients to obtain assets and traffic media placements
  • Track campaign reporting on a weekly basis
  • Track and maintain schedule for all elements of branded partnership campaigns
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure complete and accurate delivery on all components
  • Create and provide all necessary campaign reporting
  • Coordinate with Finance on billing in a timely manner
  • Provide data based analysis to assess campaign effectiveness and value to the business
  • Stay informed on all YouTube media related policies and changes
  • Continually evaluate new platforms, trends, and strategies to evolve and improve our product offering
  • Create sales materials for ATV, Awestruck and DTV Kids, including: competitive reports, research decks/findings, campaign benchmarks, and other marketplace facing materials
  • Keep abreast of the digital media and marketing landscapes, and understand how changing technology usage will contribute to changes for consumers and publishers
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 4 years digital media operations experience with an emphasis on video and social media
  • Experience with DFP and/or FreeWheel
  • AdWords experience
  • Knowledge of YouTube Analytics, Comscore, and/or Nielsen
  • Ability to apply research and insights to business challenges and story telling
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Advanced Excel
  • Team player and straight-forward communicator with a get-it-done attitude with ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple conflicting deadlines
